Easter baskets should contain more than chocolate
bunnies. The Parish Book Store has books
for children that share the story of resurrection in
age-appropriate ways. For older children
are The Story of Easter and Jesus is Risen, both beautifully illustrated and both about the the
Gospel stories of Jesus’ last days and his resurrection. For younger children are Tasha Tudor’s A Tale for Easter and Jan Brett’s The Easter Egg. We have other titles as
well, plus bunnies and chicks to tuck in those baskets, so come see us.
